I know your industry because I've worked inside it..
I'm Jas, founder of Cherry Marketing — a Norfolk-based creative agency for the businesses that build, sell and run homes for living and leisure, from park home manufacturers and holiday parks to developers, estate agents and the small businesses down the road.
My story
The cherry on top of your brand
Before Cherry, I spent three years in-house at Omar Group, one of the UK's leading park home and lodge manufacturers, as Marketing Coordinator under the Group Head of Marketing, Clara Baillie-Lane. I looked after social media, digital marketing and creative artwork, and I saw first-hand how homes are designed, shown, sold and handed over — and how much good marketing matters at every step. I then worked for Sell My Group in a Marketing Manager role where I saw the industry from a whole new perspective.
I also saw how often parks, manufacturers and dealers were let down by agencies who didn't understand the industry. They'd run ads that attracted holidaymakers when the park needed buyers, or post stock photos when the homes themselves were beautiful.
So in 2024 I started Cherry Marketing to do it properly: creative, honest marketing from someone who already speaks your language. When you work with Cherry, you work with me — the person you meet on day one is the person leading your marketing. And trust me, I really enjoy what I do. This has always been a goal of mine: working for myself. Putting my name to everything I do.

Meet Jas
Jasmine Precious, founder of Cherry Marketing
I founded Cherry Marketing in 2024 and lead everything from strategy and campaigns to content and client relationships. My marketing career began in-house at Omar Group, where I spent three years as Marketing Coordinator, building skills across social media, digital marketing and creative artwork — and an understanding of the park home and leisure industry that most agencies simply don't have.
Clients describe me as proactive, quick to respond and full of ideas. (I’m awkward with compliments, but it’s nice to hear!) I'm the one planning your campaigns, creating your content, checking your leads and making sure every month moves your business forward. I do have others I work with for our other services, who are also wonderful people!
Away from the desk
I've always been creative, and I'm a big lover of interiors and lifestyle content — which is probably why I love writing content for new designs and homes. I'm also an avid football (Spurs, don’t bully me) and F1 fan, and you'll find me at the gym or out running most weeks.
