FEATURED SHOOT: Laird Estates

Showcasing the lifestyle behind residential park living

For this project, we headed to a residential park in Lincolnshire to create a collection of professional photography and video content for Laird Estates.

The brief was to produce fresh visuals for the park's website and social media channels, helping showcase the development to prospective buyers and generate interest in the homes and plots available.

Our Approach

With beautiful countryside views and scenic walking routes surrounding the park, we knew there was an opportunity to tell a bigger story.

Rather than focusing solely on the homes themselves, we wanted to capture the lifestyle that comes with living there. The peaceful surroundings, open spaces and countryside setting were just as important as the properties.

Our aim was to create imagery that helped prospective buyers imagine what everyday life on the park could look like.

The Challenge

At the time of the shoot, the park was still under development, with empty plots and ongoing construction work across parts of the site.

This meant carefully considering our angles, compositions and filming locations to showcase the completed areas and surrounding landscape without allowing the unfinished sections to dominate the content.

By making the most of the park's strongest features, we were able to create a collection of visuals that presented the development in its best light while remaining true to what was there.

The Finished Result

We delivered a collection of photography and video content suitable for use across the park's website, social media and wider marketing.

The finished imagery captured more than just the properties. It highlighted the surroundings, atmosphere and lifestyle that make the location appealing to prospective homeowners.

The client was delighted with the results, and this remains one of our favourite residential park shoots to date.
