Capturing the beauty of a North Wales countryside escape
Set amongst the beautiful countryside of North Wales, Maes Mynan offered the perfect opportunity to create lifestyle-led marketing content for a holiday park.
We were tasked with producing a promotional feature video alongside a library of professional photography for the park's website and social media channels.
With stunning countryside views, scenic walking routes and peaceful lakes, there was plenty to work with.
Our Approach
For this project, we wanted the surroundings to take centre stage.
While the holiday homes were an important part of the shoot, the wider setting was what really made the park special.
Our approach was to create content that captured the experience of spending time at Maes Mynan, from its beautiful landscape to the peaceful atmosphere and opportunities to explore the outdoors.
We used a combination of photography, video and aerial footage to bring the park's setting to life, helping potential visitors and buyers picture themselves enjoying everything the location has to offer.
The Challenge
Every location shoot comes with its unexpected moments, and this one certainly gave us a memorable story!
During the shoot, we unfortunately had a drone mishap, bringing our aerial filming to an earlier finish than planned.
Thankfully, we'd already captured the majority of the footage we needed, allowing us to continue with the project and complete the final promotional video.
Not quite how we'd planned the day, but a good example of why making the most of every opportunity on location is so important!
The Finished Result
We created a promotional feature video and a collection of photography showcasing the park's countryside setting, lakes, walking routes and holiday lifestyle.
The finished content gave Maes Mynan a versatile library of visuals to use across its marketing, helping communicate the appeal of the location beyond the holiday homes themselves.
